Cauliflower and chorizo crumble soup with truffle oil and croutons
Chicken liver pate with pear, date, cognac chutney with artisan toast
Honey and goat’s cheese mousse, smoked beetroot, walnut granola and pickled golden beetroot
Short rib croquette with mustard mayonnaise

Mains

Roast turkey, roast potatoes cooked in duck fat, pork stuffing, seasonal vegetables, pigs in blankets
Porchetta, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, apple purée and mustard sauce
Duck breast, potato pavé, purple sprouting broccoli, carrot purée and a Bordeaux wine reduction
Wild sea bass, fondant potatoes, celeriac purée, shitake mushrooms and a chestnut & cherry sauce
Crispy tofu, aubergine purée, oregano, king oyster mushroom and spinach
