The Ferry Inn – The perfect restaurant to book on holiday

On holiday in Rye? Book a table at The Ferry Inn for an unforgettable
meal.

The Ferry Inn offers seasonal food and a superb range of ales and wines. We welcome all – locals, holidaymakers, children and dogs. Our 17th century free house is a rural treasure set in a friendly village with unrivalled views across the Kent countryside.

The Ferry Inn is a popular stop for walkers, sitting on the Saxon Shore Way it provides an ideal location to set out on a beautiful walk along the old coastline of the Isle of Oxney and Ebony.

The Saxon Shore Way runs for 163 miles from Gravesend in Kent to Hastings in East Sussex. At Rye, it joins the 1066 country walk. From Rye, the route follows the Royal Military Canal as far as Winchelsea, and climbs over the Fairlight Fire Hills before ending at Hastings.

We are in the Brit Stop book and offer free overnight parking for campervans when dining in the pub.
